So now what?

Heres a few FAQS that may help before session

Do we need to sign an agreement before we come?

​

Yes you will be sent a digital agreement to your email address you have provided.

​

​

This needs signing before you attend the studio.

​

If you have any questions regarding anything in these agreements before you sign them just get in touch. 

​

Please check your junk boxes as sometimes they might go there.

​

Is there anything we should know before we come?

​

​

I have a FAQS for newborn and

cake smash sessions which might be of some help before you come.

 

If booked in for newborn or cake smash please Jemma know what collection you're going with so I can set up before you arrive

Where is the studio?

​

The studio address is

Is there any parking?

​

There is parking on Park street on the opposite side of Hawthorne road.

Please be aware that there is a permit zone on Park street next to the studio.

​

​

Do I need to bring anything with me?

​

If you are planning on outfit changes for family or children sessions please bring them along with you.

If your booked in for a newborn sessionJemma will send you some preparation information.

How and when do we pay for the session?

​

Sessions can be paid via bank transfer or cash at the studio.

Please ask Jemma for these details.

Sessions can be paid before or on the day of the session.

What do we do during the session?

​

Relax and and enjoy the session.

​

During a cake smash session ensuring your child stays on the backdrop as best as you can to prevent injury is greatly appreciated.

​

Can we smoke during the session?

​

No the studio is a smoke free environment.

​

​

​

Can we breastfeed?

​

Of course breastfeeding is always welcome.

​

​

​

Can we leave during the session?

​

There needs to be one parent present at all times when Jemma is photographing.

​

​

​

Who can come with us?

​

I ask that parents only come to the studio.

 This helps ensure a safe and calm environment, as well as following covid-19 safety measures.

 

 

Can we bring a pram to the studio

 

If at all possible I ask that you don't bring a pram to the studio due to the wheels.

There is also limited space at the studio.

​

Can I wear my shoes in the studio?

 

I ask that you remove your shoes whilst in the studio for hygiene reasons.

 You are welcome to bring your own slippers if staying for a whileas the studio floor can be cold even in summer.

​

What happens after our session?

​

After your session you'll receive

your pre-edit gallery either that evening or the following day. 

​

Select the images you'd like Jemma to edit from the comfort of your own home.

​

You can do this by selecting the star that appears by hovering over your image.

​

Once selected please give Jemma a message so she can edit them for you.

​

Please be patient during this time,

I understand your excited to see your images but I do ask that you give me

up to 4 weeks to get these ready for you. 

I will contact you when I have

emailed them over.
